From North or South Jersey:
Take Parkway to Exit 105. Proceed east on Rt. 36, past Monmouth Park Race Track, continuing to a traffic light that is just past the 7-Eleven. Turn left at the light onto Branchport Avenue. Follow Branchport over a small bridge into Oceanport. Make your third right onto Morris Place, opposite the Shell Station. Continue to the end of the street and turn right. Welcome to Oceanport Landing!
